We are not responsible for defects caused by third-party delivery/shipping companies that are outside of our control. We don’t send products ourselves, we use specialized companies and we send the products/packages with the greatest possible care, trying to ensure that they reach your hands in perfect condition. If by any chance you receive a damaged product, this situation is beyond our control.
